There are a few things to do for hardy lilies to encourage them to grow. First make sure they are in a pot at least 2 gallons or more. Put 2 fertilizer tablets in the dirt every three to four weeks. We recommend Highland Rim Fertilizer Tablets. If the pot is deeper than 24" move it up where it is about 18 - 20 inches of water above the pot. I'm not really sure if this is a new lily or one that you have had for a few years. But if it is one you have had for a few years you might try and repot it and divide it so that is gains more strength.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions let us know. Thanks! Barb
